Plan Highlights and Fund Information Booklet

This booklet details the plan’s provisions such as eligibility, employee contributions, vesting, etc. Also included is information about the participant voice response system and Web site. The plan's investment options are illustrated by a risk reward triangle, and a one-page fund profile for each investment option available in the plan follows. If a plan has model portfolios, the booklet will also contain a "Hands On, Hands Off" quiz for participants to take to help them determine what type of investor they are. The booklet also has a glossary of investment terms and notes pages for the participant to take notes on during the workshop. This booklet is also available in Spanish.

Fund Information Booklet

This booklet contains only the plan’s investment options using a risk reward triangle and provides a one-page fund profile for each investment option available in the plan. It also contains a glossary of investment terms and notes pages for the participant to take notes during the workshop. This booklet is also available in Spanish.

 

 

Mutual Fund Summary

This is a one-page resource which shows an overview of all investment options available in the plan. The investment options are listed in risk reward order on the front side along with the fund’s ticker symbol, asset category, expense ratio (optional), total return information and since inception date. Fund thumbnails, which are fund descriptions, for each fund are located on the back. The Mutual Fund Summary can be customized with the company’s plan name and logo and is available in color or black and white.
