Annual Plan Review

This is a comprehensive year-end summary report for financial advisors to present to your plan sponsors. It is a performance measuring tool that Kmotion offers as a turnkey solution, branded for your organization, to help as a retention tool of your most valuable clients and a great sales tool in the sales process. This report is built with common fields that can be customized on a plan-specific basis. It is divided into five sections such as Plan Profile: eligibility by age, contribution rates by age; Plan Assets and Allocation: shows by fund, asset class and asset allocation by age.

 

Shows number of funds per participant, number of participants in each fund. It also incorporates recent benchmarks to use as comparisons, and can compare data year-to-year. It has a call-to- action section to incorporate an action plan based on the information provided.

This brochure offers a valuable resource in assessing how your plan's features and characteristics compare to the mainstream of retirement plans, and in keeping an eye on trends. It is an excellent planning tool for use in considering future changes to your retirement plan.

 

The booklet contains snapshots of survey results from authoritative sources in four major categories: Plan Features, such as eligibility and participation rates; Contributions (for example, average deferral rates); Investments, such as target date fund usage; and, Distributions, including loans and hardship withdrawals.

 

In addition to providing individual survey results, the brochure also includes the Web locations of each survey's source so that you can obtain additional information.
